In addition to our small family party, we had our normal play group over and did some celebrating with them. Nothing big, just water play in the backyard and a pinata. And, because it was so hot (and we're all tired of sweets from all of this potty training bribing!) we opted for popsicles instead of cake.

If you think the pool looks a little murky it's because every time I turned around one of the kids was adding dirt, leaves and rocks to it. I guess they wanted an authentic swimming hole experience.
